Supervisor Training
Supervision is the key to implementing workplace programs. However, many employees are promoted into supervisory roles because of their technical knowledge. Typically, they have little training in supervisory skills. Kane Solutions addresses this issue by educating employees in different management styles, what is expected of supervisors and how to handle manager/employee relations. Additionally, we teach employees about healthy lifestyles and safe work practices. And, we motivate employees to adopt these practices. Happy, healthy employees who are confident in their roles helps your company run more smoothly.
Performance Problems
Performance problems vary from individual to individual and situation to situation. Just as no two problems are exactly the same, there is no silver bullet, no one best way of fixing them. On the other hand, we have found that most performance problems fall into one of 11 categories such as how to give constructive feedback, having difficult conversations or setting employee expectations. You can use a similar approach to fix problems that fall into a specific category. We work with you to identify the problems and address them through training.
OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Classes
We offer OSHA and MSHA classes and provide training for workers and employers on the recognition, avoidance, abatement and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces. The program also provides information regarding workers’ rights, employer responsibilities and how to file a complaint.
